The Details

An absolute gem in the heart of Budleigh Salterton, right on the beach. This cottage has been renovated to an impeccable standard, and embodies contemporary coastal living. Both sitting room and bedrooms have enviable sea views over the iconic pebbles of Budleigh Salterton. The house is spread over three floors ensuring the very best of coastal views.

The living space downstairs is open plan, with a well equipped kitchen dining area, kitchen island and seating for four. The living room features a luxurious Loaf sofa, just the ticket to collapse onto after a day exploring the coast. A tasteful twist and calming coastal theme runs throughout the property, encouraging you to slow down, relax and switch off - let the fresh Devon air wash over you.

Outside to the rear there is a patio with seating overlooking the beach, where you and your guests can wine and dine the evening away with friends and family, watching the sunset over the glorious East Devon coastline.

Both bedrooms have top quality zip and link beds, meaning the configurations are flexible; four singles, or two sumptuous super kings, or one super king and two singles. This makes it ideal for small families, couples who enjoy their own space, and also a small group of friends getting together.

Each floor of the house has its own bedroom and private bathroom which gives the house a great sense of extra privacy.

This property is dog friendly welcoming one dog only. Dog supplement is Â£60 per dog and permission must be provided by Unique Holiday Stays prior to booking.

There is no allocated parking available with this property. There are various car parks within Budleigh. Please do contact us for further information on how to obtain your permit and best places to park.

There is a public footpath immediately at the end of the garden between the property boundary and the beach. There are 3 stone steps leading off the garden onto the path. Guests just be careful when using them.
