This super home enjoys a fantastic position just a short walk from the Cobb, seafront, Lister Gardens and Hix Oyster and Fish House. Perfect for small families as well as friends or family meeting up, the sleeping and living spaces are cleverly designed with bedrooms on the ground floor and second floor and main living area inbetween on the first floor. 

Both bedrooms feature super comfy king size beds and both enjoy their own bathrooms. The ground floor bedroom is ensuite, and guests using the 2nd floor bedroom have access to a bathroom off the corridor. 

Guests can nip down to the fish monger to sample the days catch, and return to the house to whip up their local produce in the very stylish and well equipped kitchen. Pop the prosecco and dine al fresco with your guests on the decking overlooking the harbour and coastline. 

Water sports enthusiasts and kids can walk to the beach in their wetsuits, and following your swim, kayak or paddle board, rinse off the salt and the sand under the property's outside shower.

Important Property Notes


The property living space is over three floors, and may not be suitable for less mobile guests. Unfortunately this property is not wheelchair friendly. 

This property has parking for two small vehicles, or one large vehicle. Further Pay and Display parking is available at the top and bottom of Cobb Road. Please note, that guests are unable to park on the road immediately outside the property and must use the dedicated parking area. 

EV charging point is available for guest use. Please confirm whether this will be required at the point of booking. 

The property is very well designed and insulated, however it is situated on the main Cobb Road running to the harbour and there can be steady traffic utilising this road in the height of summer, and during organised events in Lyme. 

There is no pavement on the property side of the road. Guests with young children should be careful when crossing to reach the pavement on the opposite side of the road.
