Just got back from the most relaxing and amazing break. What a stunning property! There were so many thoughtful extras that made our stay incredible —little touches of luxury everywhere. From the moment we walked through the door, we were blown away and could have stayed forever.
There were plenty of beautiful walks for our dogs, and they even had their own bed waiting for them.
Incredible views from every window, visiting wildlife, and the clearest night skies! The jacuzzi was awesome ,you won’t want to get out until you wrinkle! The beds and sofas were uber comfy, and the showers were pure bliss.
If you are looking for a little piece of heaven stop scrolling, you've found it!

We stayed at St, Vincent Gardens for 3 nights to celebrate my 70th birthday and what a delightful place it turned out to be. A modern beautifully appointed 2-bedroom property overlooking Lyme Regis bay with excellent access to the promenade via back garden. The communication from Emilie at Unique Holiday Stays was spot on. Always responsive and very helpful. Very comfortable beds and excellent shower in ensuite. A birthday balloon with biscuits and sweets was a nice touch.

We had a truly wonderful New Year stay at Colwell Wood Lodge. The setting is magical, tucked away in peaceful private woodland, with deer wandering through and the most calming atmosphere. We were even lucky enough to get a sprinkling of snow, which made the whole place feel straight out of a winter postcard.
The lodge itself is beautiful. Spacious, spotless and thoughtfully designed, with huge windows that frame the woodland perfectly. The bedrooms were cosy and comfortable, and the hot tub was the ideal place to unwind after long walks and fresh air.
A special mention to Emilie, who was absolutely fabulous to deal with from start to finish. Warm, responsive and incredibly helpful, she made the whole experience seamless.
A memorable stay in every way. We would happily return and highly recommend this magical little retreat.

Emilie was super helpful from the first time I contacted Unique Holiday Stays regarding one of their properties, even arranging for us to view it as we were in the area at the time.
The property was beautiful (Alamo in Lyme Regis) so we went ahead and booked and when we arrived for our stay there was a really lovely high quality welcome basket of food and drinks and even a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely surprise.
The property was clean and extremely well presented.
We have stayed in a lot of houses in Lyme with other companies and can honestly say this was our best experience and we have already booked to come back to Lyme with Unique Holiday Stays for a second time this year!

If I could give more stars I would!
I told the hosts that I would like a hamper as it was a special anniversary for myself and my husband and opened the door to an anniversary balloon, a massive cake, sweets, wine and bottles of IPA in the fridge. Me and my husbands was overwhelmed by this amazing gesture.
The house is beautiful. Clean and perfect. Amazing views of the sea.
The kitchen has everything you need and is rather large!
The bedrooms are beautiful and I slept like a baby every night in a comfortable bed to the sound of the waves.
The shower on the top floor is AMAZING!
I would recommend to family and friends and would go back in a heart beat.

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment offered stunning sea views and was just a stone's throw from the beach. Everything was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were also greeted with a lovely welcome hamper, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s perfect for families — everything we needed was right there. We absolutely loved Lyme and the evening sunsets and seeing the moon over the sea and can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much! xx

Alamo house is a true heaven. Exactly as described on the photos and really well refurbished. The views are to die for. Alamo is very well equipped and located. Emilie is very responsive and always replies within 24 hours ( often in a couple of hours). The hot tub was a great addition. We will certainly come back and recommend it to all our friends.

Yet another wonderful stay at St Vincent’s Garden. The accommodation is perfect and ticked all the boxes for us. We invited our daughter and son in law along with our 11 month old granddaughter who stayed with us for most of the week and they also enjoyed this chalet. It is located perfectly to access the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The parking for 2 vehicles is also a bonus. For an additional charge Emillie offered us a beach hut which is located on the sea front and is a perfect place to spend a day or two.

Absolutely loved our stay here for Easter! The place is immaculate, compact but perfectly equipped with everything we needed, and we were really impressed with the storage.
Lovely little touches, like the welcome pack, the TV actually connected to a streaming service (i can never remember our passwords so it's normally such a hassle) and great wifi.
My favourite part was the little stream that goes under the cabin, so peaceful, especially with a cuppa in the courtyard.
And the location is wow. Beautiful clean town, really close to cafes, shops, and a really short 5min walk to the beach!
Definitely one to come back to.

Emilie is a wonderful host and actually accepted our booking at the last minute when we were let down by another host. She saved our holiday! The house is absolutely stunning and without a doubt the most beautiful property we’ve stayed in here in Teignmouth, and we’ve been staying for twenty five years!
The house is very large and beautifully clean. The decor is stunning and very thoughtfully considered. Everything is here that you could possibly need for a very wonderful stay. The coffee is delicious!
There is something here for everyone. My 19 and 15yo sons played pool pretty much non stop as it rained from the moment we arrived. My daughter loved the cinema room! I don’t know what we’d have done without this wonderful home as we couldn’t do anything outside!
The house is spotlessly clean and the beds are the most comfy I think we’ve ever slept in!
This house would be perfect for a big family and I would massively recommend booking it if you need a big property as you won’t find better. We were blown away when we walked through the door! This Airbnb is absolutely stunning.
Emilie is a fab host and always replies almost immediately.
I honestly do not have a bad word to say about the property or Emilie the lovely host. We can’t even offer constructive criticism on anything as there is nothing!! We’ve had the best stay. Sea Cottage – Budleigh Salterton – EX9 6NJ
I hated to leave this gem of a Cottage by the sea – literally by the sea! I stepped off the patio and I was there! I woke up in the morning with a view of the sea. One can see the sea from most rooms and the patio!
It really has this WOW effect!
Great location, great house! – Easy booking and check-in.
The property is absolutely clean and furnished in a very classy way. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures. Well-equipped and comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Short walk to the local supermarkets & restaurants, Pubs, and one of the best Fish & Chips shop in Devon.
And the location is of course the best for great walks, since Sea Cottage is situated right on the SW Coast Path.
This is such a stylish House, 2 huge double bedrooms with extremely comfy beds; all perfect for a family or friends sharing. Lovely hot power - showers (shower gel & shampoo provided)
A modern kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. And with a lovely bonus – a great humper with all sorts of goodies!
There is Wi-Fi. The living room has a comfortable sofa and TV with all stations, and books and games are under the coffee table.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone, as I feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful town of Budleigh Salterton.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Cottage - everything was of an extremely high standard and quality. The setting is amazing with direct access to the high street and a small but lovely rear terrace that opens directly on to the beach via a gate. A very special cottage.

Absolutely magical family holiday at St. Vincent's Cottage in Lyme Regis: we have never before arrived at a holiday rental and felt so immediately at home. Perfect for our 20-month old who settled really easily in the house; magnificent views of the bay - and so quiet! Perfect family home-away-from home; we will definitely be back. Thank you Emilie - you have been such a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Hi, thank you so much we had a great time in the singelton Manor we arrived late night and all was prepared to a perfect stay, the heater was on and lights were on so we had a warm welcome to a cold night the house was sparkling with all the amenities.
The pool was a real treat for all of us from old to young.
We had a great stay thank you emelie who was available fir us all day even out of office hours.
Looking forward for our next holiday with you.
