**Sleeping 12, this property is available to hire on a semi or fully catered basis. Formally a B&B guests will only be able to access all living spaces and bedrooms with exception of the kitchen and back of the house space. Daily Housekeeping and breakfast is offered during the duration of your stay. Lunch and Dinner can either be taken off site (there are many pubs and restaurants offering gourmet food) or we can arrange a private chef (additional costs)

Lavish interiors heavily influenced by the Rockett St George brand, the jaw droppingly gorgeous sitting room boosts beautiful antique portraits, photographs, drawings, taxidermy, curiosities, books, games and magazines. The quirky and bold choices mean this is a house packed with interest.

Sip a cup of tea while you enjoy breath-taking views across the lawn to the loch and Meall Fuar-mhonaidh beyond. The fabulous snug is for hiding away in, diving into a book or enjoying a wee dram.

A lush palette of greens and purples adorn the dining room bringing the vibrant Scottish outside in. The wonderful dining space has panoramic views of Loch Ness to gaze out on.

The Art Deco theme of the drawing room with its sumptuous infusion of colours and modern twist ensures time spent here is a true delight. Enjoy the crackle of the fire whilst sampling the treats that Scotland has to offer, whiskies, gins, fine wines and local beers.

At the end of your day fall into a truly boutique style bed, adorned with crisp white linen and fluffy towels.

Sleeping 12 there are 6 bedrooms combining a mix of super-king and king beds.
Each room is decorated with lavish soft furnishings and palettes of cool and calming colours, a true sanctuary at the end of a busy day.

The blending of traditional and new matures to a crescendo in the bedrooms; the calming pastel colours which define the Scottish landscape are pulled inside and fused with bold use of colour and tasteful patterned interiors. Natural materials have been used throughout including hand sanded timber floorboards, softened with classy contemporary rugs. Far from a juxtaposition, the owners have designed an accommodation which embraces its historical architecture, but is imbued with on-trend décor.

Each bedroom has a TV and en-suite facilities.

Whether it’s your daily ablutions or full on pampering, the uniquely designed bathrooms ensure you can relax in style. Each bathroom encompasses impressive use of patterned and soothing natural tiles. Soak away your troubles in a sumptuous ornate bath, or shower like your stood under the Falls of Foyers.
