A charming and traditional cottage tucked close to Sidmouth's delightful "Byes" National Trust parkland with its riverside walk and easy stroll to the town centre and beach.
Sleeping four and welcoming furry family members (at a small supplement) this recently renovated cottages ticks all the boxes for a cosy home from home staycation by the sea.

A spacious and beautifully refurbished town house. Presented to a high standard with bright and bold furnishings throughout.

The beach, seafront, coastal paths and everything Sidmouth and the Jurassic Coast has to offer are a short walk away. The house is nestled in a quiet residential area of the town centre away from passing town traffic. Central to the town centre and beach yet nicely tucked away on the edge of The Byes (national park) with its river walks and spacious green areas.

There is a spacious, light and airy lounge/dining area. Dining area with extending dining table. There is a very well-equipped kitchen.

On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with bunks.

Outside there is an enclosed south facing courtyard garden with dining furniture.
