The kitchen, dining and living room are open plan, with
super luxe custom seating areas, making this the most communal of
living spaces. Brunch, cream teas and dinner will all be a social
occasion, where guests can congregate at the split level kitchen
island, or park up on the tailor made banquette seating. Two
dishwashers mean washing up doesn't become a holiday chore, and
with a brand new island induction hob and downdraft extractor -
cooking up the local produce will be cinch. A
dedicated gin bar in the corner completes this ultimate location
for entertaining family and friends.Â
The garden and outside living area boasts a small lawned area
and 6 seater hot tub, with a dedicated summer house come games room
at the bottom of the garden. Every effort has been made to ensure
that there is something for everyone at the memorable

The first floor and bedrooms are accessed by a bespoke
spiral stairway enveloped with a gold leaf embellished stairwell.
Every small touch in this home has been painstakingly imagined,

The ground floor bedroom is zip and link providing either a
superking or two singles. Upstairs guests have a
choice of three king bedrooms, in addition to two sets of bunk

The bunks are another bespoke build and are quite beautiful.
Each individual bunk features Pooky Lighting, and the kids will
adore nesting up in here after a busy day adventuring across South
Devon.Â
Each of the three King bedrooms are utterly unique and all
feature customised en-suites. Both the bathrooms and kitchen are
bespoke creations from Day True; the bath and shower rooms are
quite literally, works of art. From tessellating vibrant tiling
which contrast against the feature gold tub, to opulent blue and
brass themes behind the 'teacup' basin. Two of the bedrooms back
onto to the upstairs decking overlooking the garden, providing
further living space and outside seating. Â

Smurf house sits centrally within Malborough Higher Town,
equidistant between Hope Cove and Salcombe.Â
Kingsbridge is only a few miles drive and provides a wider choice
for supplies. Dartmouth, Dartmoor, Exeter and Plymouth are all
within easy reach and will provide a plethora of activities,
shopping, sight seeing and dining to cover all age
ranges.Â

Property NotesÂ
The house is wheelchair and less mobile friendly with
guests able to access the whole of the ground floor and garden.
The driveway is wide as well as an extra wide front
door to accomodate.
There is a £750 security (damages) deposit payable
against The Smurf House.Â
Dogs are permitted to stay. Please enquire with
Unique Holiday Stays before booking. Any permission to allow dogs
to stay will be explicity and only provided by the owner.

No stag, hen or parties are permitted at The Smurf
House. Guests are politely asked to respect the local Malborough
residents living along Higher Town. Any breach of the booking terms
will be enforced. Â
Guests staying at The Smurf House will be requested
to respect noise levels and move indoors after 10pm if entertaining
in the garden.
There is one off-road parking space immediately
outside the house, with no height restriction. There is on road
parking for one further vehicle outside the property. We ask that
further vehicles use the village car park a short walk
away.Â
