The Details

Sleeping up to five adults, The Lazy Olive is a great option for many groups, small families, friends or couples who enjoy thier own space! The former barn has been purposely redesigned as a dedicated holiday stay, and features some beautiful interior designs.

Downstairs you'll find a fully fitted kitchen, along with bathroom and two king size bedrooms. Upstairs on the mezzanine level there is the super cosy living room, with stylish single bedroom off the landing.

Superbly positioned, The Lazy Olive is only a short taxi ride into Exeter city centre for prime access to the excellent restaurants, shopping, cathedral, cultural & museum exhibits, Exeter Quay, Sandy Park & the Chiefs, St James Park & the Grecians. Business or pleasure, solo, couple or small family, The Lazy Olive will not disappoint as your base for exploring the majesty of Devon.

This is not a party location and house parties are not permitted. Any disturbance created and guests will be asked to leave the premises.

There is adequate parking for two vehicles at the property.

The Lazy Olive is dog friendly and we charge a small supplement of Â£60.

The Lazy Olive can be booked with Avalon which is the property next door and can sleep a total of 9 guests.

Whilst it is possible to travel to this property via public transport, the number 6 coach from Exeter to Bude, there is a 20 min walk from the stop to the property. Guests are advised to arrange their transfer, taxi or own vehicle.
