The combined kitchen and dining area is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully fitted with all your creature comforts including coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a small south facing courtyard with seating for two, which catches a small amout of sun during the day. Off the courtyard there is an additional outside wc. 

On the first floor there is a shared family bathroom, a cosy lounge and the first bedroom featuring a king size bed. Continuing to the second floor there is a twin bedroom - specifically designed as a children's room, with small en-suite shower room. Finally there is the third bedroom, again featuring a king size bed.   

Further afield, there are the Jurassic Coast seaside towns of Budeligh Salterton, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis. Exploring the Exe Estuary northwards you will find the magnificent Darts Farm and ancient Estaury villages of Lympstone and Topsham. There is also a wonderful SUSTRANS cycle route commencing in Exmouth following the Exe Estuary up to Exeter, traversing the canal and returning back down the channel passing Powderham Castle, Starcross and ending at Dawlish Warren - a fabulous day out and highly recommended.

Important Property Notes 

There is currently no parking allocated for this property. A permit for one vehicle will be available from June 2024.

Guests are able to use the town's numerous car parks, the nearest being at the Marina, Camperdown Terrace or Imperial Road. 

Exmouth train station is a 5 -10 minute walk away. 

Bedrooms are all located on the upper floors, and as such may be unsuitable for less mobile guests.  

Dogs are charged at £60 each for the duration of the stay
