The Coach House is a recently refurbished gem just on the
outskirts of Budleigh Salterton.
The property is reverse level, with all bedrooms on the ground
floor. The main living area on the first floor is open plan, with a
spacious atmosphere thanks to the A frame timbers and Devon

living & snug area, with cosy plump sofa, smart TV and a
karaoke machine.
There is a dining table and seating for six, next to the modern
and fresh looking kitchen. The vibrant orange splash tiling
contrasts beautifully against the stone grey kitchen units and with
large fridge freezer, induction hob, coffee machine and all the
essentials, you'll find entertaining for your guests a
cinch.
There is one superking bedroom, one kingsize and one small
double. All feature tasteful seaside themes, with blues and whites
echoing your coastal stay on The Jurassic Coast. The superking bed
is zip and link, so can alternatively be setup as two singles
instead.
Budleigh is famed of course for its tea rooms, iconic pebble
beach and the River Otter estuary. In close proximity to the
property there is East Devon Golf Club, a fantastic facility with
rich history and some of the best golfing views in the country. The
South West Coast Path is at the top of the road and offers some of
the best walking and views in the country.
Exmouth lies a 5 minute drive West, and Sidmouth a 15 minute
drive East. Here you can find some fantastic places to dine as well
plenty of watersports and sandy beaches. The historic Exeter City
and Dartmoor National Park are within 45 minutes of the cottage,
and there is a bus and train route for those who don't drive. And
of course Lyme Regis, the jewel on the Jurassic Coast is a mere 40
minute drive east.
