 A recent design and build, The Chandlery Shack is a quintessential bolthole for that cheeky weekend away. Ideally situated within walking distance to Lyme Regis, the shack is cosy, warm and welcoming. The fact that there is no oven or hob is very much a positive one, as Lyme boasts a fantastic choice of eateries, for those seeking fine dining or takeaway. 

There is a kettle, microwave and small fridge, which should facilitate small snacks, breakfast and drinks. There is an en-suite shower room and toilet, smart tv, Wi-Fi, small table and chairs for two and super comfy bed-come-sofa. 

Outside there is additional living space to take advantage of; a romantic and private patio area with sofa and seating, for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon tea. There is also a small south facing decked area to the front where you can soak up some sun and hang up your trunks to dry.

We had a fabulous October weekend with glorious weather In Lyme Regis. The cabin was clean comfortable and fun, the outdoor seating with rooftop views to the sea and the cliffs was very special.

We enjoyed very much!

This is a lovely little spot to send a few days in Lyme Regis. The hosts are on site if there's a problem but you also feel like you have your own private place to stay. The best of both worlds. Comfortable chalet to be based in and great location for the town. We enjoyed very much!

We had a fantastic time...

We had a fantastic time in Lyme Regis despite the traditional October winds and rain. The accomodation was the perfect space for us, we stayed for two nights, it was really cosy, with great facilities and a Sea view to top it off.

All in all an excellent trip

Lovely place, great location, very kind host who said hello when we arrived but didn't see for the rest of the stay at all. It had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Really good communications through the booking and in the lead up to the stay, including how to find it easilly. All in all an excellent trip

Lovely place, fantastic location (central Lyme) and sitting out on the terrace in the sun was just lovely.
We went on a busy bank holiday weekend and we wouldn't have known it being there - it was just so peaceful and out of the way, yet so convenient for everything! The cabin has everything we needed and was perfectly designed.

The owners went above and beyond...

I stayed at The Chandlery Shack just before lockdown and can honestly say it has been the best holiday home experience I've ever had. The owners went above and beyond to cater for me and my dietary requirements, even adding fresh flowers. I felt comfortable, warm and safe. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely be back for my next trip, whenever that can be!
