This character beachfront holiday home is set over three floors.
The living space is split between the ground and first floor, with
bedrooms on the first and second floors.
Sleeping nine people over five bedrooms this is suitable for one
or two families gathering for special occasions or a coastal break.
There is a useful bed configuration; three double bedrooms, a
single bed and set of bunk beds.
The kitchen and dining areas are on the second floor with superb
views over Lyme Bay as you sit down for breakfast lunch or
dinner.
The living room and lounge area are on the ground floor, with a
stunning sun terrace and patio area to the front of the property,
where you can enjoy your morning coffee watching the early morning
swimmers.
By far the largest attraction aside from the unique
architectural design of Sundial, is the location. It is a close to
beachfront as you get in Lyme Regis. The shops, bars, arcade and
restaurants are all a short stroll away.

Notes
The property is historic, with character and older style layout.
Most window and doorway lintels are stone. The layout of the
property is over three floors, in addition to stepped access to the
front door. Unfortuneatley It is not suitable for guests with
mobility issues.
Unfortunately no dogs are permitted to stay at Sundial.
There is no parking available with Sundial. Guests are able to
drive down Marine Parade (adjacent to the beach) unload their
belongings, and then park in one of the town pay and display car
parks.
Guests do not have access to the property cellar, fourth floor /
roof.
