Lym River Cottage is a delightful grade 2 listed fisherman's property. A two bed well proportioned apartment situated on the ground floor with a private garden, in the heart of Lyme Regis Old Town. This cosy property sits alongside the babbling River Lym with south facing features and only a four minute walk to the beach, artisan shops and high street bustle.

Lym River is part of Sherbourne Building, a 200 year old cottage which was constructed for mill workers. The Lym River footpath runs alongside the cottage and opposite, over the bridge a beautiful walk to the brewery & beach.

The property boasts an open plan kitchen sitting room, cosy wood burning Salamander Hobbit stove, private garden, charcoal BBQ, views of the River Lym. Also a Playstation 4 with Sony Bravia tv & Yamaha surround sound bar, superfast fibre optic broadband Wi-Fi.

No smoking property and unfortunately Lym River is unable to accept pets.

No parties permitted.

There is no allocated parking space avilable for Lym River Cottage.

Very few properties in the centre of Lyme Regis Old Town benefit from immediate parking and Lym Leat Cottage is located by the side of the Lym River. You can park at the bottom of Hill Road (1 minute away from the front door) so to drop off your things at Lym Leat Cottage before parking in the car park.

We tend to choose Woodmead Car Park (DT7 3PG), which is located a 4-minute walk away. Parking costs Â£20.00 for 3 days with the 'JustPark App (car park number 7622).

There is a cheaper Â£2.00 a day car park (Holmbush Car Park DT7 3HX) that takes coins or with the 'JustPark' App car park number 6320 (this is a 10 minute walk and up quite a steep hill).
