The Details

Lym Leat oozes a happy feel inside and out. A delightful grade 2 listed riverside one bedroom cottage over two stories . Inside find, fresh light walls with exposed beams & wooden wall panels, this is a cosy well proportioned property enjoys views of 17th century 'Gosling Bridge' and the river Lym, right in the heart of Lyme Regis Old Town.  Look closely and you'll see the 'Banksy' on the river bank. Perfectly located only a three minutes walk to the beach, artisan shops, foodie restaurants and high street bustle.

 

The property boasts an entrance, kitchen, sitting room, hallway, curved staircase, first floor bedroom with views of the river Lym, bath & shower room on the ground floor. Also a Playstation 4 with an LG HD Television, BT Superfast fibre optic broadband Wi-Fi

Important Property Notes

No smoking property and unfortunately Lym Leat is unable to accept pets. 

No parties permitted. 

There is no allocated parking space avilable for Lym Leat. 

Very few properties in the centre of Lyme Regis Old Town benefit from immediate parking and Lym Leat Cottage is located by the side of the Lym River. You can park at the bottom of Hill Road (1 minute away from the front door) so to drop off your things at the property before parking in the car park.

We tend to choose Woodmead Car Park (DT7 3PG), which is located a 4-minute walk away. Parking costs £20.00 for 3 days with the 'JustPark App (car park number 7622).

There is a cheaper £2.00 a day car park (Holmbush Car Park DT7 3HX) that takes coins or with the 'JustPark' App car park number 6320 (this is a 10 minute walk and up quite a steep hill).
