even plate warmer, there is everything you could need for whipping
up breakfasts, luncheons and dinner for your guest. That said, if
you'd rather not cook, Exmouth has some of the finest restaurants
and seafood offerings on the South Coast, with several Michelin
rated restaurants nearby.
The living room has a gas fire for guest use if staying in
cooler shoulder months, perfect for cosying up on the sofa or love
seats, after a wet and wild walk along the beach. Walkers and dogs
will find the location perfect as you can pick up the SW Coast Path
at the bottom of the garden gate!
Three of the four bedrooms continue the theme of stunning sea
views, with each having a slightly different panoramic angle
looking towards Orcombe Rocks, the Exe Estuary and Dawlish Warren
in the distance.
There is one king bed en suite, where pink is most definitely
the theme. This bedroom features a period bathroom, good wardrobe
space, with dedicated dressing table and even a small balcony. Dibs
this room, as enjoying your morning coffee here watching the
surfers and early morning swimmers down below is a must.
There is a dedicated children's themed twin room, where children
can wake up with a view that is bound to instigate the 'what time
are we going to the beach?' Tune on repeat.
The final sea view bedroom offers a sumptuous double bed again
with great storage space and a very obvious fishy theme going
on.
Finally on the small middle floor there is small double bedroom,
missing the sea view but cosy nonetheless.
In addition to the master en-suite bathroom, there is one shared
family bathroom with shower over a jacuzzi bath.
Outside there is an absolute sun trap of a patio overlooking a
charming lawned garden. From the corner of the garden a private
gate leads to a path which when followed is a 5 minute walk down to
Queen's Drive and the most easterly section of Exmouth's glorious
red sandy beach.
With many lovely shops, restaurants, an M&S foodhall plus a
menagerie of super restaurants Exmouth is an ever popular
staycation spot. For anglers and water sports enthusiasts Exmouth
offers some of the most scenic paddle boarding, wind surfing scenes
in the south west.

dog.
Car parking on private driveway for two cars. Please be
aware that the driveway is on an incline.
To reach Exmouth town by foot, it is a 30 minute walk.
Alternatively it is a 6-8min car journey.
The beach is a 5 minute walk down the path - perhaps 10 - 15
minutes coming back up!
Foxholes is a residential neighbourhood. Guests must be
respectful of this both in and out of season, and abide by the
