Coombe Street Cottage is picture perfect and occupies a prime location, sitting behind the River Lym. Located in the heart of Lyme Regis Old Town, only a 30 second walk to the beaches, bars, artisan shops, restaurants and high street bustle.

Handsomely modernised this property boasts an open plan kitchen, dining room flowing through and two beautiful bedrooms. Coastal greens and country creams balance well, and culminate to provide a true Dorset coastal retreat. The cottage is very peaceful and welcoming, suitable for small families and couples.

There are some lovely nautical and marine inspired decor, reminding you of Lyme's thriving fishing community. With a good choice of fish mongers in the town, there is always something fresh on offer.

This is a very cosy cottage with all your creature comforts, open plan living and catering for four.

There is no allocated parking available for Coombe Street.

A cleaning fee of Â£50 is also applicable.

Very few properties in the centre of Lyme Regis Old Town benefit from immediate parking and Coombe Street is located by the side of the Lym River. You can park at the bottom of Hill Road (5 minute away from the front door) so to drop off your things at the property before parking in the car park.

Woodmead Car Park (DT7 3PG), which is located a 5-minute walk away. Parking costs Â£20.00 for 3 days with the 'JustPark App (car park number 7622).

There is a cheaper Â£2.00 a day car park (Holmbush Car Park DT7 3HX) that takes coins or with the 'JustPark' App car park number 6320 (this is a 15 minute walk and up Lyme's very steep hill).

Lovely place to stay

Lovely place to stay a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Very clean and we appreciated the tea, milk, biscuits, wine that was left for us. We didnt stay in much as we had glorious weather so were out exploring and enjoying Lyme Regis and the surrounding area and the local restaurants so we didnt attempt to cook.
Two long stay car parks within 5-10 mins and you can 'hover' outside the cottage to unload /pack up the car if you are lucky/quick.

A beautiful property...

A beautiful property that is really well presented. Towels felt very luxurious and the double bed was very comfortable. Close to town amenities. I would definitely return to this property. Uphill walk back to reasonably priced car park (took us about 20minutes but I'm fat and we have an elderly dog!)
