A dreamy thatched cottage awaits set in glorious Devon countryside, a perfect home away from home. An ideal place to explore the Jurassic Coast, Cobb Cottage is a dog friendly countryside retreat sleeping up to 6 in the quiet village of Musbury.

Important Property Notes:

Cobb Cottage has parking for one vehicle directly outside the property. Further parking on Whitford Road is possible although guests should be mindful of large agricultural vehicles and attachments, and only park considerately where the road widens enough.

Cobb Cottage is dog friendly, subject to approval from UHS and dog supplement fee of Â£100 per dog.

Whilst the garden is enclosed, dogs should be under control at all times and owners should respect the countryside code.

The cottage is immediately adjacent to a large working farm with livestock, which provides a wonderful insight into rural East Devon farming!

The property is period and not all floor surfaces are level. The stairs to the first floor are unique to the property and not suitable for those unsteady on their feet or less mobile.
