This unique holiday stay, showcases a menagerie of marine
inspired decor. Sealife inspired colour schemes are brought to life
against the fresh, coastal pastels, throughout the three storey
former fisherman's cottage.
The galley style handmade kitchen is set on a natural slate
floor and includes a sublime jellyfish themed feature wall. There
is an induction hob and double oven, perfect for concocting
memorable meals for the family using the freshest Cornish
ingredients from land and sea. A Nespresso coffee machine is
available for those caffeine addicts and a fridge-freezer &
washing machine are also found under the glittery white quartz
counter top.
Sleeping 4-6 guests across three uniquely styled bedrooms. After
a day of rock-pooling and exploring the local coves, fall into a
luxurious double-size French boutique style bed. Beautiful coastal
colours, set off with coral inspired furnishings, crisp sheets and
squashy pillows are sure to send you off into a rejuvenating
slumber. All bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds to
ensure the best of sleeps. Timeless, picturesque views of the
harbour are captured through the original period wooden framed
windows.
The gorgeous family shower room on the first floor houses a
generously sized walk in shower. Heated rails ensure towels keep
warm and fluffy. And a beautiful pink rose themed room, has a
sumptuous single bed configuration; a place of tranquillity and
privacy for a princess.
Finally a very clever use of space accommodating four bespoke
built single beds, set in the eaves of a calming attic room, with
nautical decor. A smart TV and DVD player ensure in-home
entertainment for the attic dwellers. Please note these are single
beds more suited for kids or teenagers.
The first floor landing also leads out and up onto the terraced
rear garden, providing additional outside enterntinaing space, and
some of the best views down into the town.
All this only a stone's throw from all that Port Isaac has to
offer; boutique shops and galleries, lively pubs and Michelin Star
restaurants (Nathan Outlaw Fish Kitchen).
With an abundance of headland walks to the local coves, this
cottage makes a fantastic North Cornwall base all year
round.

Important Property
Notes
This is a traditional Cornish fisherman's cottage, with narrow
access and low ceilings.
There is little to no phone signal coverage across most of the
Port Issac valley. Bliss. But guests should be aware of
this.
The property entrance is situated on the road out of Port Issac.
This should be noted for younger guests.
The terraced garden is stepped and children will need to be
accompanied at all times.
Space is limited inside for belongings and catering. Ideally
suited for no more than 4 or 5 guests.
There is one allocated car parking space in a private
car park, a 2min walk up the hill. The space is suitable
for an average sized family car. Pickups, 4x4s and vans will
struggle. Alternative pay and display parking is available on the
other side of the valley.
