The house is nestled within gorgeous landscaped gardens, with plenty of outdoor furniture and a BBQ, you're all set for al fresco dining. The ultimate treat lies in the outdoor swimming pool and bubbly hot tub. Hire kayaks and paddleboards from The Beach Shop, located a stone's throw from the house.

The house sleeps up to 20 people in 10 double bedrooms. The house has a modern large kitchen and 3 large reception rooms - lounge - dining room seating 20 and a games/TV room.

Outside there are lovely grounds laid out overlooking the sea with a seasonally heated swimming pool, hot tub and with watersports facilities nearby such as paddleboarding, surfing and kitesurfing - one of the house owners is 5 times ladies world kitesurfing champion and runs nearby Edgewatersports - (www.edgewatersports.com). The other Family owners run nearby Pebblebed Vineyards (www.pebblebed.co.uk) and offer private wine tastings and seasonal vineyard tours.

The house makes for a wonderful group stay with high end facilites but with a relaxed and family friendly feel. Exmouth Town Centre is a 20 min walk away along the seafront or 10 minute cycle! and has a good range of shops with plenty of cafes and resturants in case you wish to eat out.

Breath taking sea and estuary views. On clear days the views extend down toward South Devon peninsula. In foreground you have unparalleled views to Dawlish Warren and the sandbanks strewn across the mouth of the Exe Estuary.
Exmouth Beach is perfect for small children with wide sandy beaches and shallow waters. Lifeguard patrolled in high season it is also perfect for a range of water sports year round.

There is a dog friendly section of the beach which is available all year round.
