the booking value for bookings.
Property owner insists on minimum age of 16 for users of the hot
tub.
There is adequate parking for two vehicles at the
property.
Dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £60.
Whilst it is possible to travel to this property via public
transport, the number 6 coach from Exeter to Bude, there is a 20
min walk from the stop to the property. Guests are advised to
arrange their transfer, taxi or own vehicle.
