Step inside this little bit of Penwith history; An Coth
Eglos is a former Methodist chapel in the hamlet of
Canonstown.
The ground floor consists of a truly stunning open plan
kitchen and dining space with light pouring in.
The kitchen is contemporary in style with glossy grey units,
and with everything you need for whipping up the very best local
produce.
The ground floor also features an en-suite double
bedroom.
Upstairs there is cosy living room alongside a cute reading
corner. There is a twin bedroom with two singles, and a second
double bedroom. Finally, a family bathroom with shower over
completes the 1st floor living space.
Outside there is an enclosed patio area with dining table
and bbq available for guests.
Parking for one in the car park immediately adjacent to the
property.
Canonstown is located on the A30, and An Coth Eglos faces
onto the main road. The property has been well converted with
insulation and double glazing, with all 3 sleeping rooms all
located at the rear of the property away from
roadside.
St Erth train station is a 1/2 mile 10 minute walk. Here you
can head west to Penzance home to the Jubilee Swimming pool. St
Ives is a 15 minute train journey with some of the finest art
galleries, beaches and restaurants im Cornwall. You are perfectly
positioned to further explore the ancient peninsula's on Penwith
and The Lizard.
With truly remarkable days out to Minack theatre , gardens
and Truro cathedral city this is superb base for exploring the
ruggedness and beauty of West Cornwall.
