The property living space is over three floors, and may not be
suitable for less mobile guests. Unfortunately this property is not
wheelchair friendly.
This property has parking for two small vehicles, or one large
vehicle. Further Pay and Display parking is available at the top
and bottom of Cobb Road. Please note, that guests are unable to
park on the road immediately outside the property and must use the
dedicated parking area.
EV charging point is available for guest use. Please confirm
whether this will be required at the point of booking.
The property is very well designed and insulated, however it is
situated on the main Cobb Road running to the harbour and there can
be steady traffic utilising this road in the height of summer, and
during organised events in Lyme.
There is no pavement on the property side of the road. Guests
with young children should be careful when crossing to reach the
pavement on the opposite side of the road.
